About Conference
The role of ICT in nation's growth trajectory is well
known. The Government is developing a broader framework
for enhancing ICT penetration by extending e-enabled
governance initiatives. When complemented by the
Industry's support in providing e-interface between the
citizen and the Government, it will add a new dimension
to the practices of a participatory democracy - a true
collaborative approach. Providing ICT products,
services, workplace environments and facilities that are
accessible and usable for all users is the ultimate goal
of "design for all" or "inclusive design". There is need
for effective collaboration between major stake holders
like - people, technology and the systems. To make it
effective there is need for collaborative technologies
to become adaptive, dynamic and integratable. These
features will help to 'design for all' for proper
inclusive solutions. There should be effective framework
for digital participation. It should enhance the digital
delivery of varied, relevant and important public
services with effective policy and governance. Global
spread of technological proficiencies is introducing
major transformations in diverse fields of Health,
Agriculture, Banking, Education, Media & Entertainment
etc. society needs to innovatively harness this immense
potential for meaningful e-Inclusion for its growth.
Program structure
Plenary Sessions:
The world has reduced to be a global village with complexity of applications ever increasing.
Complex applications demand collaborative approach with multiple technologies working
together in unison. It is this necessity that brings in isolated efforts to collaborative platform for
solving problems with no solution in sight. This should provide the dynamic, adaptive and
integratable approach for today's agile solution need.
ICT has provided the opportunity for Businesses to have
virtual Global office, consultancy without investing in
the infrastructure. It provides wide variety of services
to be deployed to touch common man and transform their
lives for better. This session provides a platform for
all those individuals and organizations who have
participated in these transformations.
Track Sessions:
Information overdrive provides information overload for
the society. The available information needs to be
tweaked for users with relevant inputs. Knowledge
Management is the area which includes Knowledge
generation, content management and content
dissimilation, e-learning provides upgrading the
societal need for learning by providing non-formal ways
of teaching learning processes. This track will have
multiple sessions to address various aspects of it.

Session 1
e Governance: Design and Implementation
Session 2
Creating an Environment for outcome based e Governance
Session 3
Dynamics of Project Management in e- Governance
Cloud computing is the convergence and evolution of several concepts from virtualization, distributed application design, grid, and enterprise IT management to enable a more flexible approach for deploying and scaling applications. This elastic aspect of cloud computing allows applications to scale and grow without needing traditional 'fork-lift' upgrades. Applications / services can easily meet performance guarantee and other SLAs with dynamic user size. Cloud promises real costs savings and agility to customers. Cloud computing should play a critical role as composite platform for inclusive growth. It can provide the infrastructural support, appropriate application development & deployment scope and effective service model. This track will have multiple sessions to address various aspects of it.
In the field of Computing and ICT, India's success has been phenomenal to come in the frontline. This is the key enabler technology for reachability. The recent enhancement in tele-communication provides better and effective reachability scope to the people at large. It should also address the digital divide, its related opportunities and development scope for its effective use. The significant presence of ICT will lead to excess carbon footprint. The Green ICT is necessary for today's environmental need. This track will have multiple sessions to address various aspects of it.
